This is Step 6 of the Sexual Superhero programme for premature ejaculation which was developed by Jonti Searll.
This exercise is very calming, centring and relaxing. It opens the energy channels in your body, helping the sexual energy to move freely. Now you may ask why that is important. And if you do, it’s a good question.
The purpose of opening these channels is that when the sexual energy can move, it can spread away from your genitals, allowing you to be more in control. It also increases sensation in your body, giving you more pleasure.
And there’s more!
It’s a great exercise to share with your partner; it creates a space of deep intimacy and connection. It can be done before you make love, or on its own as a wonderful sharing.
If you’re doing it on your own, repeat each movement three to five times, if you’d like to do any particular movement more, well, you’re more than welcome.
If you’re doing it with a partner, do the entire sequence to them, and then they do it to you, each movement three to five times.
Tip of the nose: Start by touching it gently with your index fingers. Caress down your neck, armpits, breasts, stomach, genitals and back up to your nose, drawing a circle on the body.
Under the eyes, in line with your pupils: With your thumbs lightly stroke down your face, neck, breasts/chest, all the way to your knees. End the stroke there.
Frenulum: This is the fold of skin joining your gums to your top lip. Stimulate this with your tongue or suck your partner’s top lip.
Between the base of the skull and shoulder: Gently squeeze and massage this area, the shoulder muscles that get so tight.
Thyroid glands: Massage very gently on either side of the throat, just behind the angle of the jaw. These points are often sensitive.
Between the shoulder blades: If you’re doing this on your own, the easiest is to reach this area with a back brush or loofah. Doing it with a partner, reach around them to rub the area.
Nipples: Gently caress.
Wrist crease: On the inside of the wrist, push the pressure points, four or five going across.
Between the navel and pubic bone under the belly button: Put your palms there and simply allow the energy to flow in.
The sacrum: The flat triangular bone between your hips. Start touching with gentle pressure and gradually increase it.
Yoni/lingam: Yoni is the Tantric term for her genitals, Lingam is yours. On the Yoni, massage the outer lips only, up and on both sides of the groin crease. Touch
the Lingam gently, up and down the groin crease.
Perineum: The small area between the genitals and anus. Massage and apply pressure, feels gooood.
Coccyx: The tail bone. Stroke gently around the bone.
Yoni/Lingam: Put your right hand on the genitals, left hands on the heart centre, in the middle of the chest, making a circle of energy.
Sea of pleasure: Softly massage the area just inside and above the knees.
Achille’s tendon: Massage the area behind the Achille’s tendon. Push pressure points on the space behind the tendon.
Foot point: Slide your finger up between your first and second toes, the point is where the bones meet. Apply firm pressure here, but go slowly; the points can be
