Do you think you know how to use a condom correctly? Perhaps you should just go through this guide to check. Condoms are still the most widely-used method of lowering the risk of HIV-infection and also protects against the transmission of some other sexually-transmitted infections (STIs).

Condom breakage is unfortunately still a great risk, so make sure that you use it correctly.

One of the most common errors is the use of oil-based lubes. Here's a quick experiment: rub oil-based lube, vaseline or oil on a condom for a few seconds and watch what happens!
