Let’s face it, most times we’re doing the baby-making dance, making babies is the furthest thing from our minds. But for those who are trying to conceive, there are some suggestions for getting the job done.
Choose a position that brings the penis deep into the vagina (rear-entry is good for this) and take time to make sure the female partner reaches an orgasm, as the waves of muscular contractions can help the sperm find their target.
Lastly, don’t rush to get up and put the kettle on, lying in the afterglow for a few minutes also helps to get that baby-making process started.
