In the light of raising awareness of cancer, we’d like you to make your family aware that eating more vegetables and fruit may help prevent certain types of cancer.

The antioxidant nutrients in vegetables and fruit help combat cancer-causing  ‘free radicals’ caused by stress and environmental factors.
 
Achieve a healthier diet by increasing your intake of vegetables and salad during the day by eating them with lunch and dinner.
