If you suffer from urge incontinence, and start panicking as you struggle to unfasten your trouser belt or buttons, consider replacing them with Velcro inserts.

This will allow you to quickly open your trousers when the need arises. In older patients who additionally suffer from arthritis, this is a great solution.
