Action point

Did you know that in the USA 29% of companies with 5,000 workers or more have an on-site or seasonal health clinic for their workers?

Services range from last-minute appointments for a sinus infection to an annual physical by a GP, or ongoing wellness options like a dietitian or physical therapies.

This in turn lowers medical costs for companies, reduces absenteeism, encourages better long-term employee health and improves productivity.

We think this is a brilliant idea – and if you agree, encourage your HR department to take a look into it.
