Be careful when using Cialis (Tadalafil – a long-acting ED medication) with anti-fungal drugs like ketoconazole (Ketazol). The anti-fungal medication may slow down the metabolism and clearance of the ED drug.

This can increase the likelihood of ED medication side effects due to higher levels of the drug in your blood.
