Regularly examining your skin can make you aware of potential problems like fungal and bacterial infections.

Look out for spots changing colour, which warrants further examination to exclude cancers such like Kaposi Sarcoma, which is common in Aids patients.

Remember to also check your mucus membranes – inside your mouth, eyelids and vagina.
