If you suffer from allergies, always carry your medication with you.

If your doctor has prescribed emergency medication (EpiPen or TwinJet), always have it with you, and always carry two doses to be sure you're prepared in case of an allergy attack.

Some people with food allergies also use antihistamines. Don't ever leave home without your medication.
