Do you tend to suffer from allergies in autumn?

If you do, you should go easy on raking up fallen leaves.

Raking leaves can stir agitating pollen and mould into the air, causing allergy and asthma symptoms. Those with allergies should wear a NIOSH rated N95mask when raking leaves, mowing the lawn and gardening.

These masks are available from pharmacies or online.
