There is one ADHD treatment that doesn’t require medication or therapy: exercise.

Researchers have found that higher levels of fitness can improve thinking and reduce ADHD symptoms.

When you exercise, your brain releases neurotransmitters like dopamine that help with clearer thinking and attention. It has been established that many people with ADHD have lower levels of dopamine in their brains.
