Adults with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder often have a difficult time managing their day.

One solution is to set an alarm clock or a timer for 15 or 20 minutes and focus on only one task until the timer sounds.

Try the Time Timer app for the iPad or iPhone or buy an old-fashioned timer and sit it on your desk. A visual clock reminder really helps people keep focused.
