Healthy parenting

accreditation

Parenting is probably the world's toughest job. We are sure you will agree! However, it is also rewarding.

The preliminary results from Health24's health of the nation survey show South African's are by no means shying away from being a parent.

39% of the respondents have indicated that they have children under the age of 6, while 22% have children between the ages of 6 and 12.

Paying close attention to their offspring, 54% of the respondents consult a paediatrician over specific health issues, diseases and disorders related to stages of growth and development.

And no alarm bells with this one: a whopping 77% of the people who participated in our survey knows what number to dial in an emergency.
