Secret to weight loss

Research from the journal Obesity shows that by eating two-thirds of a cup of pulses every day could be the secret to losing weight, and keeping it off. Pulses digest slowly, keeping you fuller for longer while also lowering bad cholesterol. Pulses include beans, lentils, chickpeas and dried peas. Try to replace some meat with pulses, mix them into your rice and add them to green salads.
