Back pain exercise

Stretching your hamstring will ease back pain. Lie on your back with one leg straight and the other bent, but with the foot flat on the floor. Now try to straighten you leg while keeping your back flat against the floor. Hold that position for ten seconds and release it slowly. Repeat the sequence ten times.
