Chiropractic education and training is extensive and in South Africa a Masters Degree in Chiropractic is awarded after a six-year programme.
The Chiropractic Association of South Africa is the professional body representing the vast majority of registered practitioners in South Africa.
The association negotiates on behalf of members with medical schemes and promotes high standards of education, ethics and professionalism. The association further represents mainstream professional opinion in the international arena.
