Take action:
Be aware of the personality traits that are best not brought to work: being a "know-it-all"; being cocky; teasing your colleagues when they're not laughing with you; assuming that you're superior to others; grumpiness; being paranoid; tardiness; untrustworthiness; negativity; and being a chatterbox.
