WATCH: The anti-anxiety workout we all need for World Mental Health Day

World Mental Health Day, the 10th of October 2019 is a day for global mental health education, awareness and advocacy against social stigma.

Whether it's a panic attack, or post-traumatic stress, anxiety can be crippling at times. It is recommended that people find coping mechanisms that can help during times like these, even if it is as simple as breathing techniques or a quick exercise.
