Am I depressed?

Are you suffering from depression?

Do the depression screening questionnaire to see if you may be suffering from depression. If the results indicate that you may be suffering from depression, ask your general practitioner to refer you to a psychologist or psychiatrist.

Also learn more about depression by visiting our Depression Centre for up-to-date information about depression, including the symptoms and treatment. If you are well informed, you will be able to understand the illness better, be actively involved in developing a treatment plan and learn to prevent relapse.
