Ten signs of a memory illness

Concerned that a loved one may be suffering from a memory illness? Take note of the following signs.

  • Recent memory loss that affects your job skills
  • Difficulty performing familiar tasks
  • Problems with finding words in everyday conversation
  • Disorientation for date and location
  • Poor or decreased judgment and decision making
  • Problems with calculation and recognising numbers
  • Misplacing things regularly
  • Inability to plan everyday activities
  • Changes in personality
  • Loss of initiative
