Q.

wish i could smile :(

Hello,I have an out growing tooth ontop of my top row teeth. this tooth stands out and really irritates me as i can never smile nicely. also my other top teeth have gaps and are a bit crooked. i would like to possibly send you a photo as i think its high time to see a cosmetic dentist perhaps, so i can smile nicely for once in my life. im in botswana, but i would be willing to make the trip. ive also been quite afraid of dental procedures (i know) so please advise me what the procedures would be to get a nice smile?
thanks for your help..

Hi Leah

You will need to see a dentist for a complete Examination- X-rays, treatment plan etc first. Only then can we decide what need to be done. From what you describe, you may need orthodontic treatment as well (braces).
