Q.

When do permanent teeth come in?

My son had quite a few teeth extracted when he was four. Since then he has had three bottom permanent teeth come in. He is now seven and quite self conscious as he has no teeth in the top half of his mouth. When do these grow in?

Hi

The upper central incissors usually erupt a year after the lower ones at about the age of 7. You should be able to see them near the gum line
