Q.

tongue pushing teeth?

HI dentist i almost always wake up and find my tongue pushing against the inner surface of my top row of front teeth. I am worried over time my teeth will be pushed out a lot and not look aligned anymore. what can i do about this?

there is not much you can do dentally except to monitor the allignment over time. Usually it does not cause a problem
