Q.

Toddlers teeth

Could you please tell me how many teeth a four year old should have. He has recently started drooling/dribbling and everybody tells me that he has his back molars coming through. But I do not see any space for any more teeth.
Your advice will be most appreciated.

TT,

The last molars normally erupt between 24 and 36 months of age. The full complement of a baby's teeth is 20.
