thrush

i have heard of babies getting thrush in mouth but adults never. what could cause it and what can i use to get rid of it.

Thrush or candidiais is a bacterial infection infection with many causes. It could be as a reuslt of a weakened immune system, old denture or other infection. Oral thrush is treated quite succesfully with Corsodyl mouthrinse.
A thrice daily gargle for 7-10 days should sort it out.
