Q.

temporary tooth

I would like to know this, i'm a very sensetive person so when i was young i was affraid of removing my temporary teeth, so i grew up with one of the milk teeth and is the front one(molar). now that i'm fully grown(23 yrs old) i understand that if i can remove it, it will never grow again. since they are not of the same size i want to know if it's save to put a metal on it to give it a good shape or should i remove it and put a false one?.

reply please!!

It all depends on whether the primary tooth is healthy or not. If it is healthy, it can be built up to look bigger, if not you can remove it and replace it with a flase tooth
