Q.

teeth whitening and implants..

Hi Doc I have three questions.. Firstly I have 4 implants in the front of my mouth I would like to have my teeth bleached and am worried if it wont work on them will it?? Then where the implants are the teeth are bigger than my others and there is a lot less gum is there anything i can do to help the gums grow and there also seems to be a weird smell there what can i do to prevent it I have tried almost everything any suggestions?? Then at the back of your mouth I think its tonsils or lymph nodes on either side if i open my mouth wide and look there there seems to be white smeely stuff there what is it and how can i get it to go away ?? Thanks Doc

1) the implants are not affected by the whitening

2) if the implants are recent, the gum could improve with time. the smell could be caused by food impaction of a possible infction .See your dentist asap.

3) see your GP /ENT as it does not seem that tihs is dentall related

Good luck
