Q.

Swollen Gums

I have a swelling on the back of my mouth by my widom tooth. Its sore and painful to the touch. Its not weeping or anything. Its uncomfortable. Its not getting worse.

Is it an ulcer, absys, possible cancer?

How can I treat this, I cant afford to see a dentist. Can I get something like andolex or antibiotics?

Thanks

It could be an infection caused by the wisdom tooth.
See a dentist at a state dental clinic to check it out. It is unadvisable to take antibiotics/medication witouht a proper diagnosis
