Q.

Sore gums

Hi,
I need advise. I have an aching pain from my last tooth at the base of my right jaw corner to the adjoining gum. The immediate gum area joining the tooth is slightly brown in colour. The rest of my gums are a pink colour. Can you tell what can I do the alleviate the pain and do I need to go to a dentist urgently.

Yes , I would advise an urgent appointment with your dentist.
It seems as though you may be having an infection (pericoronits) associated with your wisdom tooth.
