MY DAUGHTER IS 3 YEARS OLD HER TEETH HAVE BEEN ROTTING DUE TO APPLE JUICE IN A BOTTLE FROM EARLY YEARS

SHOULD WE REMOVE THEM ASAP , AS I WORRY ABOUT A INFECTION FORMING , BUT AT THE SAME TIME I WOULD LIKE TO LEAVE HER TEETH INTACT , SO IT LEAVES ENOUGH SPACE FOR THE PERMENANT TEETH AND IT DOES NOT IMPAIR HER SPEECH
