Hi doc,

Hoop jy kan my asb. help. My seun is nou 5 jaar oud. HELP ASB> EK IS RAADOP.

You say the previous dentist told you that they cannot do anything for him if he is not in pain! That seems very strange. The fact of the matter is that teeth can be rotten for a very long time before the effects of the decay (pain, selling) can be seen.
If the teeth were decayed and asymptomatic, they could have been filled.
I doubt antibiotcs are the cause as you say they only started getting decayed about 18months ago.
There is a childrens dental clinic in Johannesburg (TMI Clinic). They could advise you further if you cannot go to a private dentist.
