Q.

Piece of tooth broke-off while flossing.

Hi doc..

Im really concerned.. I was flossing my teeth with a oral b battery operated floss heads. I did notice that the floss with rather thick than usua manual flossl but proceeded to use it any way. As i was flossing a piece of my molar(between teeth) broke off.
When i eat hot/cold food my tooth does not pain. I have the missing piece and want to know what type of procedure i will have to repair it and rough estimate how much it will cost.

Thanking you in advance 4 your reply.

You will probably just need an ordinary filling which will cost in the region of R300
