Q.

Pain

I had a filling in December, the tooth is still sensitive now. The dentist told me that it takes up to 3 months for the pain to go away! If it persists then he will have to extract the tooth. That it unacceptable to me as the tooth had only a small hole (which I was not even aware of as it did not bother me). Is this normal! Did he do something wrong.

the pain after a filling SHOULD NOT last 3 months. You need to have it checked out.
