Q.

Kners op Tande

Ek kners baie op my tande as ek slaap. My kake/spiere raak ook nou al seer.

the bite plate i the best and most common treatment for grinding. It however will not stop the grinding but will limit the damage done as a result of it.
Grinding is a complex process and stopping it completely is difficult. Often, relaxation techniques help

I have red a couple of other questions and answers and some say that a very light dosage will help calm myself before bed. Do you think something like that will help, or is it just a familiy thing since my mom and sister do the same. My sister actually has broken off small pieces of her bite plate.
