Q.

infection from dentist?

I recently had implants, that part was easy, the infection i got afterwards in the gum, leading down my throat, was soooo painfull, it was like hundreds of tiny ulcers, my dentist tells me its from the over use of mouth wash, was he hiding the fact that his stuff was not properly sterilized, and in fact i got the infection from him, and will it be recurring?

is very difficult to say. Best is to ask your dentist directly.
