yes lolo,

this is quite a common problem and is called bruxism.
you need to have a bite plate (guard) made to waer during sleep so that the pressure is taken off the teeth when you grind. It is essential that the bite plate is made by your dentist and not one that is bought over the counter. it needs to fit your teeth EXACTLY

Hi lolo,

go to the dentist and ask him for a mouth plate, you will have to spleep with it. It feels funny at first but you get use to it.

Go ASAP otherwise you will grind your teeth away and your jaw will start hurting. I know this as I was always biting my teeth and it has cost me a lot of money to fix my teeth up. I have had to get 17 crowns as my teeth were almost flat.

Pls go see a dentist.
