halitosis

what are the causes of bad breath? im doing everything that i should with my teeth. i brush them twice a day, floss them, use histerine,but it will help after few seconds and the problem will start again.

There are many,many causes of bad breath.
The majority of the time, halitosis originates from the mouth/oral cavity.
You say you are doing everything you should- have you seen a dentist? It is possible that you have periodontitis which is a leading cause of bad breath. In this case brushing, flossing etc will not help. You will need to do a proffessional cleaning.
Sometimes bad breath can also be the result of ulcers or a GIT problem
However, you first need to exclude the major cause of the problem which most likely is in your mouth.
