Q.

Gums

Hi,
I haven' t been able to brush my teeth these last few days, as I injured the bottom gums with the toothbrush. I have a neurological disorder that affects my co-ordination.
Is there a mouthwash I could use in the meantime, while the gums heals?
Or something to keep the mouth clean.
This is the second injury in two months. I have not seen the dentist for the second injury but did for the first.
Flossing I can' t do anymore as I did that too rough, not on purpose.
I also have a gum guard for night use on upper teeth and notice it increases plaque.
I once put my guard in lister ine and then directly into my mouth, and noticed it dried my teeth a bit....argh...won' t do that again.
Thanking you

Try Corsodyl mouthwash
However brushing should be attempted at all costs
