Q.

Forgetting toddler's teeth.

Hi. Please don't say I'm a bad mommy cause I know I am. I forget to brush my 3 yo's teeth! I have put the 'equipment' in a place I can see them constantly during the day, but even so, still forget to do it. I would remember once, maybe twice a week. Am I messing up my kids teeth? And what can I do to remember?! Thanks, Anna.

You are definitely damaging your child's teeth by no brushing daily. Firstly visit your dentist to assess what damage has already been done. then try setting your alarm during the day to brush histeeth and brush it AS SOON AS the alarm sounds.
