First teeth falling out

Hi Doc,
My son of 6 has already lost 3 baby teeth. 2 at bottom and one at top. The 4th tooth at the top is starting to loosen. My concern is that the one that''s loosening, has started to move sideways - there''s no support for this little tooth. Is this normal and will this happen with all his other teeth or was this just because those 2 teeth were so close to each other?

this occurs often. if it doesn't fall out soon have it removed if eating becomes a problem

Thanks Doc - it came out last night. Now he really looks odd with such a big gap in his mouth - but so cute!
