Q.

end of tooth stickin out of gums

hi. i have recently found that a part of my tooth's bone is sticking out of my gums. the gum is not ripped open, only the white bone is showing. i believe it's called tooth number 10. its showing at the very top of my gum it feels like the bone comes to a point at the end like teeth normally do so i thought that's what it might be. i was wondering what i should do about this. thank you

you may be suffering from periodontal (gum) disease. have an xray taken at your dentist to confirm this. Leaving it untreated will cause more bone/gum loss
