Q.

Chrome Plate

I've had a chrome plate since the age of 18 - lost my teeth due to an abcess (spelling??). I need to change the plate this year as I've had it for 2 years. The problem is my natural teeth on either side of the denture (2 teeth) have gone yellow and this is making me self conscious. I never sleep with the plate. The dentist has told me that its best to remove the teeth because it will be difficult to get them back to almost white. What else can be done as I dont want to lose my natural teeth.

You could do a tooth whitening procedure. Then when your natural teeth are whiter, match the new denture to your whiter natural teeth.
THERE IS NO NEED TO REMOVE NATURAL TEETH ONLY BECAUSE OF THE COLOUR
