Q.

Can caffine change reduce yellowing on teeth

Does caffine really cause teeth to discolour? And by reducing my caffine intake, will this reduce the discolouration? What other food & drink could I avoid?

Yes it does. Remember teeth are "porous" and any food colourings etc eventually penetrate the outer surfaces of the teeth and will then show as discoloration.
Avoid smoking, red wine, black teas.
