There are many causes of bad breath. If you suffer from periodontal disease (infection of the gums, ligaments etc) rinsing and brushing alone WILL NOT help. You need to see your dentist who will advise you on the probable cause of the bad breath and treat you accordingly.
The coffee is a contributing factor to the colour of the teeth.
