Q.

Bad Breath

My daught now 14years old brushes her teeth morning and night, rinses with mouth wash (Lister fluor) but still tends to have a bad breath. Please could you advise what I could do to help her.

Have her undergo a comprehensive examination to exclude any gum disease. 80% of bad breath originates in the mouth/oral cavity. if the dentsit cannot find anything untoward you may need to look at other causes viz. throat/stomach infenctions
