The permanent teeth should be 100% normal as long as the affected baby teeth are removed/filled.

Hi there, I have a four-year-old son. He uses an electric toothbrush by "Bruan". And has been doing so since getting he’s first milk teeth. He's teeth are in excellent condition. I want to know, when would be the best time to take him to the dentist for the first time? And what will be done? Are there dentist that specializes in children? I would not want him growing up having a fear of a dentist, like most children do?
