Abscess burst on its own

I had really bad tooth infection yesterday. Today it turned into an abscess. Ive taken 3 antibiotics and it popped an is draining on its own. I just looked at it and I may have been swallowing the pus/blood from it. Is that bad? Will the antibiotics I''m taking now take care of it? Can it be transferred to my baby (pregnant)? Should I worry? I can''t get to mouthwash or salt water for another few hours.

See a dentist- swallowing the pus shouldn't do any harm.
Discuss with your dentist if the antibiotics you have will suffice for the infection.
