Q.

Tooth not growing back

In 2017 I took my then 8-year-old daughter to a dentist for milk teeth extraction because they were loose. The 2 teeth grew back but the other front 1 is not growing back. Could it be that the dentist extracted it from the root?

It's unlikely that the dentist removed the permanent tooth. An xray will reveal the position of the unerupted tooth and whether it is missing.
