Q.

FRONT TOOTH SHIFTED

About 20 years ago I had a root canal done on the tooth next to my one front tooth, which I now notice has shifted forward and is very noticeable; what is the cause and can this be corrected and stopped? Thank you

The most common cause of teeth moving out of the natural position is gum disease. You will need x-rays and an examination to check whether this is the case. Appropriate treatment can then be decided upon.
