2 year olds teeth

when my daughter was about 6 months old she managed to roll off our bed &  fell face-first onto the tiled floor. Besides the massive egg-shaped lump that developed on her forehead, i noticed that she was bleeding from her upper gums where her two front teeth were starting to emerge. When we took her to the doctor to have her checked out, i mentioned the bleeding to him &  that i was worried that there might be damage to the teeth, he told us not to worry. Her top two teeth did emerge but not very far &  i have noticed that since then the top 4 teeth have yellowed &  deteriorated. Her teeth are brushed twice a day and if she wants to have a bottle (sippy cup) with her when she goes to bed, there is only water in it.Please can you advise what i must do? She doesnt seem to be in any discomfort &  her speech is developing normally.I would appreciate your advice.Thank you.Dee

The teeth are discoloured as a result of the fall.
If she is not in pain and has been fine since the fall, I would leave the teeth as is. Have her checked up by your dentist every 6 months as a rountine examination and have him keep an eye on those teeth for any problems which may arise- most of the time the teeth will be fine.
